Two Seahawks Garner All-Region 20 Team Selections
NORTH EAST, Md. - Cecil volleyball's Etta Harris and Hannah Beck have been voted to the All-Region 20 Division 2 team, as announced by region officials on Wednesday.
Etta Harris | First Team | Sophomore | Outside Hitter
Harris led the Seahawks and Region 20 in kills (344), kills per set (4.53), points (405.5), and points per set (5.3). The North East, Maryland native record over 20 kills in a half-dozen matches and 10 or more kills in 14 matches. Harris ended the season on a 15-match streak with at least 10 kills. The sophomore also finished second on the team in aces (35), second in total blocks (31), and third in digs (171).
Harris broke the Seahawks' record for career kills on Sept. 3 and finishes her Cecil career with 646 kills. She also smashed the program's single-season kills record, which Harris set in 2024, in a postseason win over Garrett on Oct. 28. Harris was named Region 20 Player of the Month for September and October.
Hannah Beck | Second Team | Freshman | Setter
Beck topped Region 20 with 735 assists. The Bo Manor grad broke the Seahawks' single-season assist record in their postseason victory over Garrett on Oct. 28. Beck registered at least 15 assists in all 22 of Cecil's matches, including a career high 56 against Westmoreland. The freshman earned over 40 assists on three occasions and at least 30 in 11 more. Beck also led the Seahawks in aces (46) and was fourth on the team in digs (130).
