KEYSER, W.V. - Cecil women's basketball held on to an early lead, defeating Region 20 rival Potomac State 59-51. The Seahawks improve to 11-11 on the year.
Cecil outscored the Catamounts by six, four, and five points over the first three quarters. Potomac got hot in the fourth, but the Seahawks hit 4-of-6 free throws down the stretch to seal the win.
