FREDERICK, Md. - Cecil men's basketball showed no signs of rust from a 14-day layoff, defeating the Frederick Cougars 81-64 on Wednesday evening.
The Seahawks improve to 12-8 (4-2 R20) with the victory.
Turning Point
Cecil's defense suffocated Frederick in the opening half, allowing the hosts to score only 17 points. The Cougars hit just one three-pointer and were 7-for-33 from the field.
